What can I use virtual primary care for? +
Virtual primary care may be appropriate for routine concerns, common illnesses, chronic condition follow-up, medication needs, lab review, preventive care, headaches, skin concerns, digestive or urinary symptoms, and other needs that do not require an in-person physical exam.
Can you refill my medications? +
Medication refill requests may be considered when clinically appropriate. Your provider will review the medication, your health history, current treatment, and any monitoring that may be required.
Can you order lab work? +
Your provider may recommend or order lab testing when clinically appropriate for your evaluation or ongoing care.
Can chronic conditions be managed virtually? +
Some established chronic conditions can be monitored and managed through virtual follow-up when appropriate. Your provider may still recommend in-person care, testing, or specialist evaluation when needed.
What if I need an in-person exam? +
If your provider determines that your symptoms require a physical exam, imaging, testing, or another type of in-person evaluation, they can recommend the appropriate next step.
Is virtual primary care appropriate for emergencies? +
No. Healthy Resolutions is not an emergency service. For severe or life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.
What happens during my first appointment? +
