MENTAL HEALTH IS HEALTH

You do not have to wait until you are in crisis to ask for support.

Mental health symptoms can affect your sleep, relationships, concentration, motivation, work, and overall quality of life. Healthy Resolutions offers a comfortable place to talk through what you are experiencing and determine what kind of support may be appropriate.

PERSONALIZED MENTAL HEALTH CARE

Start with a real conversation about what is going on.

Mental health care is not about matching one symptom to one solution. Your provider starts by listening to what you have been experiencing and how it is affecting your life.

Your appointment may include a review of your symptoms, health history, medications, sleep, stress levels, and other factors that may be contributing to how you feel.

From there, your provider can discuss appropriate next steps, which may include treatment, medication management, lifestyle recommendations, additional evaluation, or referral for other services when needed.

WHAT YOUR CARE LOOKS LIKE

A simple process, personalized to you.

Your care starts with understanding what you are experiencing, then building a plan that can evolve with your needs over time.

01

Talk Through What You Are Feeling

Start with a virtual visit where you can discuss your symptoms, stressors, sleep, mood, medications, and how daily life has been affected.

02

Understand the Full Picture

Your provider reviews your health history and other factors that may be contributing so care is not based on one symptom alone.

03

Create a Plan That Makes Sense

Together, you can discuss treatment options and next steps that fit your needs, goals, and medical history.

04

Adjust as Your Needs Change

Follow-up care allows your provider to check progress, answer questions, and make adjustments when appropriate.

WHEN TO REACH OUT

You do not need to have everything figured out before you ask for help.

If your mood, stress, anxiety, sleep, motivation, or emotional health is starting to affect everyday life, talking with a provider can be a good place to start.

MENTAL HEALTH FAQ

Common questions about virtual mental health care.

Your provider can answer questions specific to your symptoms and medical history during your appointment.

What mental health concerns can Healthy Resolutions help with?

Healthy Resolutions provides virtual care for adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, sleep difficulties, mood changes, and other emotional health concerns that are appropriate for outpatient virtual care.

Can mental health appointments be done virtually?

Yes. Healthy Resolutions offers virtual appointments for eligible adults in states where its providers are licensed. Your provider will let you know if your needs would be better addressed through another type of care.

What happens during my first appointment?

Your provider will talk with you about your symptoms, health history, medications, sleep, stress, daily functioning, and other factors that may be affecting your mental health.

Can your providers prescribe medication for mental health?

Medication may be discussed when clinically appropriate. Whether a medication can be prescribed depends on your health history, symptoms, provider evaluation, state requirements, and the type of medication involved.

Do you provide medication management?

Medication management may be part of care when appropriate. Follow-up visits allow your provider to review how you are doing, discuss concerns, and determine whether adjustments may be needed.

Is this the same as therapy?

Not necessarily. Healthy Resolutions provides medical mental health care through licensed medical providers. Depending on your individual needs, your provider may also recommend therapy, counseling, or another mental health service as part of your overall care.

How often will I need follow-up appointments?

Follow-up frequency depends on your symptoms, treatment plan, response to care, and provider recommendations. Your provider will discuss an appropriate follow-up plan with you.

What if I am having a mental health emergency?

Healthy Resolutions is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or need urgent crisis support, call 911 or seek emergency care right away.
