OUR PHARMACY PARTNERS
Trusted pharmacy partners for your prescribed care.
When your treatment plan includes medication, My Healthy Resolutions works with established pharmacy partners to help fulfill prescriptions based on your provider's recommendation, your location, medication availability, and applicable pharmacy requirements.
HOW IT WORKS
Your provider manages your care. The pharmacy fills your prescription.
My Healthy Resolutions providers evaluate your health history, determine whether treatment is appropriate, prescribe medication when clinically indicated, and provide ongoing medical guidance.
The pharmacy that receives your prescription is responsible for preparing or dispensing the medication, providing pharmacy-specific instructions, and handling questions related to shipment, packaging, or pharmacy fulfillment.
